2. Products and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately on our website. Product availability may change from time to time.

An order is considered successfully placed after the payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as payment issues, product availability problems, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after successful payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Payments

All online orders are prepaid.

Payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to the applicable payment-provider terms and security procedures.

We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through Delhivery.

The standard estimated delivery time is 4–5 days, subject to the delivery location, courier operations, weather, unforeseen circumstances, and other factors outside our direct control.

5. Returns and Damaged Products

We do not accept general returns.

If a product is received damaged, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required as proof for a damaged-product complaint.
